Marc Fowler has worked and contributed as entrepreneur, business owner, executive, consultant and coach since 1984.  His career includes executive and consulting experience in education, medical, manufacturing, fulfillment, specialty retail, service and IT.

At the age of 27, Marc was the founder and CEO of a pioneering chain of one-hour photo labs, becoming the youngest photo processing business owner in America.  He became an early student of best-practice management techniques, and a protégé of ground-breaking leadership and change management author, teacher and champion Michael Gerber.

Marc is a practiced executive facilitator, helping organizations and teams improve decision making speed and quality.  He is VitalSmarts Crucial Conversations and Crucial Confrontations trained, and is a student of the Merrill-Reid Behavior Profiling model.

Marc’s recent engagements include providing executive facilitation services supporting an enterprise-wide cultural re-direction at a major Silicon Valley networking firm; working as Division Manager with the global leader in hospitality furniture to successfully return high quality, cost competitive manufacturing back to the US; and Director of Continuous Improvement at several firms, directing high-stakes leadership and business transformations.

He is a Summa Cum Laude alumnus of Utah Valley State College and a recipient of the Woodbury School of Business Achievement Award; and holds an MBA from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.

Marc is married to Constance Marie, with whom he shares a blended family of 14 children and 13 grandchildren.
